It's a nice, thick glass bottle with a cork-like lid, which I'm fond of. It's very smooth olive oil, and it's a great flavor, too. I'm excited to try it in more recipes.

The flavor was pretty good considering it's not of single origin. Yes, I'm an olive oil snob, lol. It had that real olive taste that you want in an olive oil though. I'll definitely consider buying this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Carapelli oil. Carapelli's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best quality I've ever used before. The packaging I recieved it in was very well in protecting the heavy glass bottle, which is nice by the way. When I used the oil for cooking I noticed a thicker than usual consistency. It helped cook the eggs very nicely without any issues. The oil did have a scent when heating up before I cooked with it but that's normal and it's nothing unusual. We use different oils in our home and olive oil is a must with some health issues. This one is one I'll probably start purchasing from now on.
