This rise in price has increased by $2 in the past 6 months. I'm not happy about that.

don't get me wrong, I love A&H baking soda. However, instead of 15#, it's now 13.5#, that's a significant decrease in product & it cost more too. SMH!

I go through a lot of baking soda, especially in the kitchen for cleaning dishes and pots and pans (no dishwasher). With vinegar, it works really well to get grease off of items. I also use it with vinegar to clean the oven. I've gotten so used to it in the kitchen, I'm accustomed to scrubbing my hands with it after cooking. If you're new to baking soda and vinegar, look for books or online lists on ways to use them--they're great and natural products for many uses.

We buy this bag to use in our wash to remove smells from towels and clothes. Works great. Always have some baking soda on hand just to add to the washing machine. The last bag was vacuum sealed so hard that the baking soda was pretty clumped. Made it a bit difficult to get out of the bag and would be an issue if using for baking, but since we don't keep this in the kitchen for that use, it was not a problem. Makes it easier to grab a chunk to break up before adding it to a load of laundry.

I use this every day, including in household cleaning (a little in water, used to wipe down furniture), laundry (1/2 to 1 cup per load), cleaning my jetted tub, cleaning my sink drains (along with white vinegar), and many other uses. One of my favorite Sam's Club finds.

Create a paste with 30% vinegar and 1 TBsp of Baking soda to remove tough stain on Glass cook top. Will not scratch. Use with Bon Ami cream also to scub granite and stone floor stains. Laundry, washing acidic scalp as exfoliation for mild dermatitis/psorasis on the scalp. 2 cups in bath for detox.

Also known as wandering Jew. Just spread by hand on and around the affected area. Spread it at least a foot around where you can see the basket grass. It grows faster and further than you would guess. About three days later the basket grass will be dead. Don’t lay it on too thick because it will start to kill your real grass too. Remember to beak up the lumps in the baking soda before you sprinkle.
