Too often, people use hyperbole to describe an event or object...But I am not exaggerating when I describe this little guy as a JEWEL. Every about it performs the job well. Yes, it could have a better system to store the wand, yes the engine oil change procedure could be more thought out and yes the water connection receptacle location could be easier for the operator. But for the dollar, I'm not sure you can buy a better machine...

I have only used this one time but the Honda engine ran great! I also liked the 35ft hose. It had plenty of power to reach the dormers on my house. I also like the aluminum frame, it keeps the weight down so it's easier to load by yourself. I just wish the handle was a little taller.

Upon receipt of the pressure washer, the wand was bent. The snap ring for one of the wheels was broken in half and laying in the bottom of the shipping box. The throttle lever was over tightened to where I couldn't move the lever. Upon my first use one of the nuts securing the engine to the frame vibrated lose because it didn't have a lock washer nor thread locker on the bolt. Simpson's online support documents are excellent. Their paper documents that come with the pressure washer are weak. Once I navigated through these annoying issues, all is good.

Purchase the ALH3425 about a month ago and have used it numerous times. I have never owned a gas powered washer before, only electric. This machine is far superior to anything I have ever owned. The setup and initial operation was extremely easy. The washer has performed beyond my reasonable expectations. I would recommend this for any residential or light commercial uses. Five star all the way.

Had purchased a lesser brand and quality a couple years ago and just didn't suit my needs. This unit was about double the price but it's double the product! Good Honda engine that starts easily and is efficient. Good power and expect to have this unit for many, many years! Worth the money overall.

I used it only once. Very powerful. Was somewhat difficult to start but when it got going, it blasted away the accumulated moss and fungus from off my driveway. I added quick couplings going from the washer to the hose from the hose to the wand to enhance user friendliness.

Bought two weeks ago, used it once to pressure wash my mower. Worked great, but unit wanted to vibrate in circles until it twisted itself up in the garden hose that was supplying the water. The small feet stands, and the fact that it rocks a little side to side because it does not sit level on a flat surface I assume is what causes this. But overall a great washer. No leaks, and set up was a breeze.Engine fired right up after filling with gas and oil.

I bought this sprayer to replace a seized one on house cleaning job. The pressure amazed me, as did the amount of time I got from one tank of fuel. I use this washer for lower power applications by simply lowering the RPMs some. The only issue I have with it is the wand trigger gets stuck on occasionally and now always has some flow coming from it and continuously loosens where the bar/control handle connect to each other. I would have liked to have a better hose and control handle. If the wand was up to the speed of the res of the washer, I would have given it 5 stars.

Excellent power, had a little trouble for the first start, due to the Factory not clearly marking the choke, throttle, fuel. Not just by sticking some numbers on the Machine........Another more serious problem, is the machine shaking, and wobbling all over the place. Already wore the Rubber feet half way, first time using the machine. You have to keep your eye on the Machine, to make sure it's not going to fall down some steps, off a wall, knock over a container of gasoline etc......

We are very impressed by the power of this Simpson pressure washer model. Open and used it the day it was delivered. It has great cleaning capabilities and looking forward to using it on the 2nd story. I would highly recommend this model pressure washer.
