So far so good. It came with an out-of-round wheel that I need to resolve with support but the unit itself is impressive.

The honda motor and the aluminum body make this the ultimate combo! Light and easy to move, but feels sturdy and well built!

The washer arrived in a box that was open on both ends. Somehow all the stuff appears to be here. Easily fixed by securing box ends better. The washer itself is amazing. Honda GX is the only way to go. I would think a washer of this quality should have a better hose. Comes with a 35ft. That is not the problem. Put quick couplers on the hose. Should be standard, and a 50ft. hose should at least be an option. I expect this washer to last a long time. Unit itself seems really good. I will upgrade the hose myself to one worthy of such a good machine.
