I bought this a month ago, very happy I did. Very different from my old one. No problems so far!!

I began my "upstart" small pressure business on the shoulders and banking on this machine and this machine only. During the spring/summer/fall of 2016, Much to the soreness of my hands from squeezing the pressure gun.... 618 Properties and a couple major commercial jobs under my belt, I ended the year still using this machine with only regular pump and engine oil changes..... Never even had to change any seals....... spent 40 million on left and lost nozzles though :) If anyone doing research on different brands and models, PSI vs G.P.M. etc etc I'm writing this review to let you know.......YOU cannot go wrong with 3400 ALH3425!! Of course, I have added more machines as business has grown! Anyone looking for a first pressure washer or just want to add a solid piece of gear......This is your choice in my opinion!

I really like my Simpson power washer, with the Honda GX200 engine, it's a good, powerful unit. My only problem is, having it serviced, finding a dealer that will work on both the Simpson power washer, and the Honda engine, without having to take it to two different shops.

I bought this presser washer to replace a Devilbiss from probably 20 years ago the pump was kaput but motor still good. Question was to replace pump or buy new decided on the Simpson ALH 3425. Write after assembly I noticed that the unit does not sit level. I can't imagine that Honda would design an engine with the intention of it not to be used in a level environment. In general if the engine has an oil pump probably doesn't make too much of a difference but if the engine only has oil slinger this would possibly make a difference in the longevity. At any rate Simpson decided to put rubber feet on it that are two short so the unit does sit as it should. Also there is no storage for the soap hose which could have been achieved by a simple compartment underneath the plate that hold the tips. The storage for the wand leaves the wand dangling against the on/off switch or the pull start shroud when moving the unit around. Probably want be long before paint chips start appearing. Mine came with a wheel that is warped and rubs up against the side of the frame. The unit performs as it should and provides good pressure with good cleaning capability. Tip storage is adequate and the extra ten feet of hose is nice compared to some with only 25 feet. I bought this model mainly because of the Honda motor reviews but disappointed in the design of the unit. I say that because my old Devilbiss is essentially designed the same, poor storage for the wand no storage for the hose. Simpson will need to improve as the other brands have more to offer in features for storage of parts and ease of handling with more up rite handles

So far so good. I like this unit because the over all weight make it easy to load . Pressure is ample, Honda motor is reliable. My unit did not come with the dial and wash wand so there is no way to control pressure. I do not know why this was not included, as it is in the manual, but I would recommend it to be included at purchase.

I bought this ALH3425 GX200 Pressure Washer to remove 5+ years of Short-Well very dark rusty stains from my sidewalks & driveway assisted with the Simpson Surface Cleaner. I sprayed Oxalic Acid (12 oz. /gal) first & waited about 10 minutes before pressure washing & removed 99% of the stain. Very satisfied with the power & ease of use!

Bought this a few years ago from Lowe's. After the disaster assembly by Lowe's (filling the oil to the very top) I finally got started. In a matter of days I managed to slice open the outer coating of the stock hose. Lowe's replaced this and it happened again. I've tried to be more careful but babying this should not be necessary. That said. This Honda engine starts so easily and runs extremely well. Its power is impressive and it runs forever on a tank of gas. This is the best Power Washer I've owned in my life. Minus the hose issue.

I have looked at all types of pressure washers and have bought and returned two due to various reasons. This unit should last a lifetime. Bought the round scrubber attachment and it works great also.

I researched & researched power washers. I even bought and returned several. This one I will keep.
