We purchased this as a replacement set for our guest bedroom and it is a very nice. It is not too soft and not too hard - it's perfect. The boxsprings are pre-assembled and you just have to fold them out and "pop" them into place. Everything comes as pictured and there are no surprises. We absolutely love it!

We bought this for our daughter and she loves it. No complaints and so easy to setup.

You open everything and it slowly puffs up and takes shape. Took a few days for the new smell to go away. So comfy five stars in my book.

It has the right amount of support and comfort that I have been looking for. From the first time I laid down I knew I had found what I had been looking for. I have the king size mattress and it fit perfectly on my existing frame actually better then my last mattress. There was a few times when I first got the mattress that I did over sleep. I get a restful night sleep every night and wake up well rested and energized with no lower back pain. Love this mattress THANK YOU ZINUS!!!!!!

The softness could be compared to relaxing on a bed of marshmallows lol I am not burning up like I normally do during the night.. ohhh and my back feels amazing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tosses and turns throughout the night and he eventually admitted that our current mattress was causing him extreme back pain which carried over into the day and while at work. We have used memory foam mattresses in the past and this mattress from Zinus seemed like a great option. It comes shipped in an extra large box and the mattress itself is vacuum packed. It is quite heavy, over 90+ lbs, so bring some muscle when carrying it into your home or to your bedroom if you’re not confident you can do it on your own. My recommendation would be to remove your current mattress and then put this one in place onto your box springs as best as you can before cutting through the vacuum seal, as it will immediately expand and make it difficult to maneuver. The mattress includes a nice little insert with instructions on the edge of the mattress wrapping which can be slipped out without disturbing the vacuum seal. We decided to set this up prior to leaving our home for the weekend so it expanded for almost 3 full days before it was actually used to sleep on. I did not notice any chemical smell on the mattress upon opening it or in the room after we returned which was a big positive. I didn’t measure to see if it expanded a full 12 inches high but it appeared solid and the material was pulled taut and not sagging. My husband and I prefer a king size bed, as we are both very light sleepers and need our own space to spread out. One thing I noticed is that I haven’t been waking when my husband comes to bed at night due to absorption of the movement. Another positive is that this mattress does not retain heat like some others and I stayed cool throughout the night. As far as the comfort level, it really is a great balance between being soft yet being firm at the same time. My husband is a stomach sleeper and I am a back sleeper yet we both found this mattress to be supportive and comfortable. Going with this memory foam mattress was a great decision and I definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice matress that is firm and sleeps great. Matress took about 48 hrs to expand to full size but it did. You can also sleep on it the first night if need be. Great mattress for the price. I would recommend this, especially if you are on a budget.

Problems with Samsclub.com customer service when the base didn’t show up. Their representative kept insisting that the info on the listing for the bed was “general information.” that the bed didn’t come with a base.

The mattress is VERY firm but it does keep your body cool while sleeping. I just think needs to be a tad bit softer. Also, I do not think it has expanded out all the way. I waiter 4 days before i even laid on it or put sheets on the bed. For the price this is unacceptable.

We ordered a 12” Mattress and Received a 10” , we were also Charged for a Lower Frame which was Hundreds more we Didn’t Need as we only needed the Same Mattress we initially Purchased a 12” Zinus , the Frame is still in the Box and ready to be Picked Up , we also Don’t like this Mattress it is not as Comfortable as the 12” Zinus we had , so we ended up with a Cheaper Product and paid for the Better , then Charged For a Bed Frame we didn’t request not Too Happy now , my Wife sent a Message and Also got no Response, I’d appreciate some Assistance on this matter Thanks Clint
