Tasty, quick energy before a work out.

I use these and the Performance Energy Chews interchangeably for my cycling workouts. If my workout is in the morning, I use the Performance, if in the afternoon/evening - these chews. The difference is the caffeine in the Performance. I typically eat them at the bottom of a long climb or during my warm-up before I go through harder intervals. I love them both and they are staples for my daily workouts!

I always like to have a few chews with me on my long runs and the Pomegranate Passionfruit is delicious. I usually try to let them melt in my mouth to prolong the flavor and energy, but other times when I need calories immediately, they're easy to chew and swallow on the run.

A personal favorite. No matter where I shop, I can usually find these little chews and throw them in my cart. Then the best thing about these chews is that they fit well in my cycling kit and make the perfect snack in the middle of a long ride. Super fun to look forward to on my ride without the sugary guilt.

My favorite flavor of chews. I use these when mountain biking and find the serving size easy to stow. I wish the packaging were a bit easier to open with one hand while riding. Otherwise this is a great option to re-energize.

Love the Honey Stinger chews. Use them for training and racing, when I'm sick, and for a snack if on the go. I find them great for traveling. Another great Honey Stinger product.
