I use these and the Performance Energy Chews interchangeably for my cycling workouts. If my workout is in the morning, I use the Performance, if in the afternoon/evening - these chews. The difference is the caffeine in the Performance. I typically eat them at the bottom of a long climb or during my warm-up before I go through harder intervals. I love them both and they are staples for my daily workouts!

I would have given this product 5 stars, but the delivery person left my package on the sidewalk close to the mailbox, instead of my front porch. All of my deliveries have been delivered at my front door or inside the mailbox, so it was a surprise find it hanging out in the sun. It’s too hot outside for anything edible to just sit on the sidewalk.

I love these chews!!!! Not sticky, easy to access and e re at while running and I can eat a partial package and know exactly how many carbs I am getter getting. Important since I have type 1 diabetes.

Love the Honey Stinger chews. Use them for training and racing, when I'm sick, and for a snack if on the go. I find them great for traveling. Another great Honey Stinger product.

I love all the chews but the fruit smoothie chews seem to be a thirst quencher for me on hot days. I have these in my pack for all my long runs and hikes.
