The product can develop an unusual texture if exposed to extreme temperatures. For example, if it was really hot or cold outdoors when it was shipped, the product may appear much thinner than normal, and it may not return to a normal consistency even at room temperature. Be sure to store hair care products at room temperature. Also, unusual texture or consistency may be caused by the product being old.
