Didn't Last a Year!

I bought this TV approximately a year ago it no longer works. It started getting to the point that it wouldn't turn on and now it has power but a black screen. Will NEVER buy another TCL product!

MY FIRST TCL TV

I first bought a 58 inch Vizio tv had 2 week had to exchange it 2 times for the same thing gave up so I went with a 65 inch TCL tv model # 65S453 first timer with this tv brand but got to say I am impressed by it 1 month letter so far so good

Very happy with them, especially for the price

I've had several TCL TVs for my home, for my short-term rentals, and several that we use as oversize monitors at the office. I've been very happy with them, especially for the price. The Roku TVs are great. I'm about to buy another one for the patio.

most are really good and price is good

I've had TCL TV almost exclusively for my houses and short term rental homes since ten yrs ago forward. The price is the best for the quality. I have had only one issue in that time, and it was an error code out of the box ( could never set the tv up). that tv was bought at Sam's club. we are working on getting it replaced now. TCL is particular about documentation, but they are working faithfully so far with us.

Only worked for 2 years and warranty info is wrong

We bought this TV 2 years ago and it just stopped working in the middle of a movie and will not turn on. Although Sam's club says it comes with a 3 year warranty, TCL will not honor it and says 1 year only. All troubleshooting steps from TCL have been unsuccessful.
