[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been sleeping on this gifted mattress for about a week now and it's the best things I've ever slept on. My husband wakes up feeling refreshed and not in pain. And the pillow top has this cooling effect that keeps me cool during the night. We would definitely purchase another mattress.

Was told this was a great mattress and maybe it is for a single person who is 90 lbs. My spouse and I sleep close to each other and we sink. It is very uncomfortable to wake up in the middle of the night and feel like we are in a hole. We have more than one home so by the time we figured out how uncomfortable I was past the time to exchange. After 15 months we can't take it. Currently buying a new mattress and buying a new bed frame so I can move our bed to the guest room. Waste of money for sure.

WARNING NOTICE: I purchased an ultra firm pillow top mattress that was a floor model. I like the firmness. It was perfect for two years. I rotated every 6 months. I now have hump in the middle of the mattress. You don't see it. You just feel it. Sterns and Foster does not back up their products under any condition or defect from floor models. Although I don't know the history of this mattress on a showroom floor, I can't imagine that I should have this happen after two years. Just letting the public know.

Our mattress is very comfortable. I am a heavy person and read all the reviews I could find and did some research on this particular model. I found that this worked best for both me and my wife; average weight around 130 lbs. Sterns and Foster has a good reputation and builds quality mattresses. They also have a great financing plan. I had to become a side sleeper due to my CPAP and sleep apnea and developed a sore neck and shoulder on my previous firm mattress (which was perfect for my back sleeping comfort). The Lux Estate is now my perfect mattress....so comfortable, supportive and relieves all my pressure points! Better sleep, less waking up, less apnea events. It is a wonderful mattress!
