My 13 year old son wanted this for his room, and he loves it. He pointed out how superior it was to other, similar light displays. He changes the colors and uses the app to make it respond to his voice. It looks great in his room and seems to be a very good product.

I'm loving the neon addition to my existing lights. The rope is very brights and colors match well with most led systems. I love the diy option as I mostly use this function. I find the scenes change too fast and there is no way to slow it down. Also wish the slowest diy setting was a bit slower. The dynamic scenes change way too fast even with having the slider at the minimal setting. Other than than 10/10 recommend.

The lights are amazing. Super responsive through the app. Colors are accurate. And there are so many different options. My one big problem I have is every one of the straight stick on brackets provided will not stay stuck to my monitor. The corner pieces stay stuck no problem. But on a daily basis the rope will fall because the adhesive is failing on the straight pieces.

Wonderful LED strip, colors are bright and vibrant. The Strip its self is water proof, which is why I bought it, but unfortunately, the controller it connects with is not, so I cannot put this in the place I wanted to, replacing a Phillips hue outdoor strip, which is completely waterproof. This would have had 5 stars if I could have placed it in the location I needed outside.

From what i can Tell so far, these are hands down the best light for the money, on the market. HOWEVER…. First of all, the light itself is wrapped in black rubber/silicone. And they give you…. White clips?…… I'd love to shake the engineers hand who thought that was a good idea.. Second of all, the biggest challenge was to make a quality led strip, that was affordable, and that was better than the Hue strip lights. And as far as i can Talk, you knocked it out of the park. Then stopped trying. I've searched high and low for additional mounting brackets or even clips. Want to attach them to your deck? Here's some cheap random WHITE(?) plastic clip… need another solution other than a cheap clip? Owell… Third. There's one size… 32 ft. Which is great for the value. But I'd like a 6', 8' or something other than one size. This is a great light, for the love of god… don't drop the ball this far into the game when you're so close to winning….

The light is high quality, and the strip has a nice continuous gel. In reading the Privacy Policy, the terms are unacceptable. This means Govee does not allow use of the mobile app to control the light strip limiting most function; Items of concern listed below. Problems with Govee Privacy Policy: Collection of my device name, model, ID, MAC address, running status, custom attributes, Business Events, usage records, GPS Location, WLAN list, mobile application list, bluetooth device list, permission to take pictures and videos, reading files stored on device, Collection of browsing information and search records, Flurry (3rd party) to track the time, frequency, and duration of online activities. Section 4) information is transferred, processed, and maintained outside country of residence. section 6.3) govee is non compliant with "do not track" section 3.8) "We may disclose your personal information for any purpose"

I can't really review the lights because I haven't been able to connect via the Govee home app. I've been going back and forth with Govee support for over a week. They are very slow to respond and finally this morning they told me the issue was fixed and to try again. I tried again and confirmed it is not fixed. I'm very frustrated and ready to send the lights back. I would have selected zero stars but that wasn't an option.

Bought two sets to go under end tables to complete my Dream View setup. As usual, the setup was easy and everything synced up as expected. I'm glad they had these in the shorter lengths. They worked perfectly.

The Neon rope light that I purchased is absolutely phenomenal! The colors are so amazing and the easy install was a breeze! I’ve already purchased a second one!

I use this every night... whether as a relaxing night light or when playing music. The app does a great job giving you ideas for designs for the length of your rope light.
