Product worth it's money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slowly been converting all the electronics in my household to Samsung because, even though they may have a hefty price tag, they work SO WELL. I have never had a bad quality product from them and this tv is no exception. The screen is incredibly clear and the sound quality is AMAZING. It was also a synch to set up having a Samsung phone. Was the fastest tv set up I've ever done. If you're wondering if these tvs are worth the price, the answer is YES. Buy all the Samsung things.

Where’s my Bluetooth?

Got my tv from my son for Christmas. I was so excited! Everything works fine except I can only connect to one Bluetooth external device. That happens to be my cable provider’s remote control!! Consequently, earphones, gaming devices, cell phones—nothing else Bluetooth related can be connected. I didn’t know they even made any Bluetooth devices that could only connect to one device. Anyhow, I’m stuck with a large screen that I can’t use for pictures of my family and I can’t view the videos my 3 grandsons send me from college. I’m not angry, just frustrated because this is the first of the Samsung electronics/appliances that has ever caused me a problem.

Great TV. Needs and Digital Audio Output.

I have had this TV for a month and love the clarity of the screen. The audio is also pretty good though I am a little disappointed that there was not a Digital Audio Output, which I wrongly thought was standard on today's televisions (but shame on me for not researching more). I tried using an HDMI (eARC) to connect to my audio receiver, but it did not work. Otherwise, highly recommended

Will buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great. I love the Samsung TV & live. Easily hook up antennas, dvd players, firetrucks, sound bar and anything else you need. The home screen is easy to go through. Nice layout. Just wish it didn't auto start your last continue watching. Great TV & happy with purchase.

I like the tv

I feel like the tv use to be more vibrant but I got use to it.

Easy to setup

We are very happy with this tv. Good picture. Easy set up with cable, internet, Netflix & Hulu. As usual, the Samsung remote is very disappointing. Why Samsung makes you go through hundreds of channels with an up/down arrow instead of there being number keys on the remote to simply enter channel number(s) really puzzles me? That is the only reason I took a star away, but I do think it's a big deal.

Updating process was frustrating

I spent extra on a television for my bedroom, because I wanted a reliable product. Unknowingly, it is a very complicated “smart” television! Took several tries and YouTube searches to figure out why nothing would “update”! I was about to take it back to the store then by some miracle, still don’t know what, it suddenly updated (after having it for a bay and half). Seems complicated to buy a 📺tv that needs updating when you take it out of the box. It should be ready to go when you plug it in . Just a bit disappointing for a Samsung tv. I have a large Samsung in my living room I have never had a issue with, which is why I chose the Samsung for my bedroom

Best TV available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture, great sound. Great features. More than I even know how to use. I love that I can pop a USB flash drive and watch videos from almost any format and it will play them. Seems most tvs these days only play m4p files. This tv will play, avi, mpeg files as well. I have a 65" in my living room and a 42 inch in my studio.
