Volume

We bought about 1 year ago , we love it but have issues with the volume. It gets loud at different time , maybe commercials . Not a little loud but extremely loud

Deee, I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience. The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. NOT GOOD

I HATE IT. can't get the channels I want unless I go thru direct tv which is too expensive. NO PLACE TO PUT A FIRE STICK EITHER. Remote is a piece of s___t.

The TV also supports streaming apps and traditional cable providers, though subscriptions are often necessary. The DU6900 TV does support the Amazon Fire Stick through a USB port on the TV. Not compatible

The tv is great but I bought a Samsung sound bar to go with it and the cable would not connect to the tv set. Why would you make a tv and sound bar that are not compatible.

Not Happy

Not happy with my new Samsung TV there are no extra audio ports on the TV where I can plug in my hearing aid amplifier the type of Bluetooth my hearing aids use is not compatible with the TV.

By far the best Television set your money can bye

Tv networks

System is not user-friendly. Too many channels, and you don't truly get live t. V, you get, if it's a news channel, it's just news versus the network itself.

Picture is great.

The tv picture is great. The negative item is the remote control. It is too difficult operate. Since tv channels are based on broadcast stations and numbers, it appears to me it would be more friendly to have numbers displayed on the remote.
