Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tv for years in the military until it was broken by military movers. I immediately bought a new one once the insurance came through. Never had an issue with quality or sound the entire time I owned it.

My favorite brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung TVs are the best: clear screen, great features, a lot of apps, can control from my phone, and easy setup. All my TVs are Samsung in my home. It makes me feel like I’m in the movies. I have always been a Samsung fan since high school have had several their phones. I love Samsung.

I just got Starz again to finish Outlander series, and I can actually see the actors and actresses faces. Amazing new vision!!! The tv is 65” and I’m happy with our selection. Not to mention, the sales price was unbelievable. Truly loving it!

Good for the price

Tv

Christmas gift picture is great. We have run into a major problem. Husband is hard of hearing no jack in back to plug head phones into!! He can not watch the tv and hear it. W have been told this is the only tv made like this. Our bad luck !!problem

Excellent!!

The first thing I liked was that the legs could be installed close to the center so I didn't need a longer entertainment stand! Due to the newer technology this TV no longer had an optical audio port so I had to purchase a new surround sound receiver and use the HDMI connection. Samsung is the only brand that has Spectrum cable app on their sets so this made it easy to connect to my wi-fi Internet. No cable box, no Roku, or coaxial cable hooked up to the TV! Only the HDMI to my Yamaha receiver. The only negative was the new tiny remote. I went online and ordered the same remote that my 2021 Samsung has. It's still programmed the same so it works great.

Excellent - most of the time

While the picture and sound are excellent, there appear to be recurring software issues. One day everything is fine, the next the system does not understand voice commands and fails to connect to the internet. I have four other TVs in my home (two of them Samsung) and there are no issues.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns.
