Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tv for years in the military until it was broken by military movers. I immediately bought a new one once the insurance came through. Never had an issue with quality or sound the entire time I owned it.

Glad I came back

For the last 5 years I have had a TCL Roku tv. The wife bought it when my older Samsung finally died. From the first time I turned it on I didn’t like it .So 5 years later the wife went on a trip while I was home alone and just like that that tv died and I finally got my 65 in Samsung

Sound

I’m very disappointed in the tv, I’m a senior, I live in an apartment complex, I have a little hard time hearing the sound. In the daytime it’s ok to have the volume up, but in the evening I use the tv ears to hear it better and not disturb anyone else. Samsung has removed the way to plug the tv ears connection into the back of the set! If I had known this I would have purchased another brand! TV ears said Samsung is the only company doing this!

Best TV ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good TV. Can connect my iPhone to it and play games on it. Which is very advance for a TV. I'm not just talking about those basic games like solitaire no. I'm talking about fortnite, need for speed triple a games that would require PC specs but this TV can do that. Has enough humi ports and was able to connect surround sound system to it. Speakers are very nice too. Very loud at volume 10 overall best tv

Small Remote!!

I love everything about this TV, Except 1 thing!! The Remote!! Why do you make it so small?????? What is the reasoning behind a small remote? It can't be to save space on the coffee table. So why have a remote that is so small that you are going to hit the wrong button? Not to mention,the terrible placement of the mute button.

Excellent!!

The first thing I liked was that the legs could be installed close to the center so I didn't need a longer entertainment stand! Due to the newer technology this TV no longer had an optical audio port so I had to purchase a new surround sound receiver and use the HDMI connection. Samsung is the only brand that has Spectrum cable app on their sets so this made it easy to connect to my wi-fi Internet. No cable box, no Roku, or coaxial cable hooked up to the TV! Only the HDMI to my Yamaha receiver. The only negative was the new tiny remote. I went online and ordered the same remote that my 2021 Samsung has. It's still programmed the same so it works great.

Samsung does it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for our main living room and our family loves it. 240 refresh rate makes a difference in samsung Tvs but after looking at all the new oled I need to upgrade. I will always get a samsung when it comes to TV or monitors

Great Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for a great price, along with a Samsung speaker bar with sub woofer. It mounted directly to my existing swivel wall mount. Setup was a breeze. It has all the apps I want and then some. I used my existing Samsung account to help setup. Picture clarity is excellent. The sound is surprisingly good without the speaker bar. The remote control is very simple to use as well. I absolutely love this TV. Highly recommend to anyone.

Don't like

I can't figure out how to make it louder, I have it up to 100 often and it's still not that loud. I also don't like the fact that there's no Unsubscribe link on the bottom of all the emails I get from Samsung. It's also slow to come on full screen once I turn it on.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. This TV does it ALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used in our bedroom and is on almost 24/7 as I am a SAHM. It is so easy to navigate and customize! Sound quality is extremely good for just being the tv speaker- we often only keep it on volume 10-it’s that loud! Picture is phenomenal! This is our 3rd Samsung TV and we will never own another! We love our Samsung Smart TVs! The one downside- there is no “Siri” or “talk to type” feature! When you go to search something it comes up with a little blurb saying “Ask to search for -blank-“, so I’m unsure if it does have that feature and I’m just unable to figure out how to use it! Lol
