Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace one that was no longer working. I love the picture. The color is vibrant and beautiful. I love Samsung Plus. It comes with many free streaming programs that I frequently watch. The setup was quick and easy. Connecting to FIOS was simple. The only negative is I still need 2 remote controls. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my new Samsung TV.

Love my new TV!

I recently brought my new TV and I love it. It is so easy to navigate to watch shows display on different streaming platforms. The only problem I had is learning how to use the volume button. I had to have my teenage grandson show me how it works. I was use to pushing down on remote buttons and didn't realize it was a push up and down button. Got love new technology!

Underrated, good Quality, no complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the TV for streaming, it does everything I want it to do. The Menu could be a bit more intuitive but it does the Job. Cristal clear Pictures, not as sharp as Qled but I like it that way, Led sometimes is just to bright and sharp and no worries about burn in. Would I buy it again, absolutely

Nice tv.

I bought my Samsung Crystal 60 inch in the winter time of last year, 2024 because my Vizio 55 inch began to go out the screen was turning white from the bottom up, my Vizio was only four years old and after purchasing my new Samsung and using it I miss my remote control that I can press the numbers with the speakability of the Roku/Vizio remote and the fact that the antenna aspect has always been my gripe having a really nice television and can't enjoy watching it because of the reception and lack of due to junk waste antennas that filling the pockets of genius minds.

So many features

Probably one of the best tvs we have in our home. And we have 5 other tvs here. Very easy to use with many different features. Was also able to add to my phone to turn off and on and also use as remote. Very sharp, clear picture and sound. Price also was reasonable. Best purchase yet

My New Ultra Crystal TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed first with it's speed. It is always ready to go when I am. It has a very good frame rate and works really well with my Xbox. It feels like I'm rediscovering all my favorite experiences in greater clarity. And there is no eye strain, I never feel stress watching with my new TV.

Where’s my Bluetooth?

Got my tv from my son for Christmas. I was so excited! Everything works fine except I can only connect to one Bluetooth external device. That happens to be my cable provider’s remote control!! Consequently, earphones, gaming devices, cell phones—nothing else Bluetooth related can be connected. I didn’t know they even made any Bluetooth devices that could only connect to one device. Anyhow, I’m stuck with a large screen that I can’t use for pictures of my family and I can’t view the videos my 3 grandsons send me from college. I’m not angry, just frustrated because this is the first of the Samsung electronics/appliances that has ever caused me a problem.

Sound Issues

I like the picture quality for the price. But very disappointed in sound quality. I bought a sound bar to fix that issue, but very disappointed that the TV does not have an optical output, so I must connect via Bluetooth which causes latency issues.

Updating process was frustrating

I spent extra on a television for my bedroom, because I wanted a reliable product. Unknowingly, it is a very complicated “smart” television! Took several tries and YouTube searches to figure out why nothing would “update”! I was about to take it back to the store then by some miracle, still don’t know what, it suddenly updated (after having it for a bay and half). Seems complicated to buy a 📺tv that needs updating when you take it out of the box. It should be ready to go when you plug it in . Just a bit disappointing for a Samsung tv. I have a large Samsung in my living room I have never had a issue with, which is why I chose the Samsung for my bedroom

Replacing them all.

I have been replacing older TV of my family members since July 2024. Just replaced my grandsons 55in Samsung with a 75in Samsung. So far counting his 75in that makes 5 new Samsung TVs in all. Funny thing is all but one of the TVs I replaced were older still working well Samsung TVs. So far, I've bought two 75in, two 55in and one 65in. Everyone loves their new TV.
