Worst mattress I have ever owned. If I could have given it a negative number I would have. At first it was great. After six months it was sagging in the middle. I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. I was so disappointed because I had such high expectations.

We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this mattress. There was no adjustment period for us. We did go from a Stearns and foster queen to a Stearns and foster king. The comfort we find with these mattresses are superior to anything we have had before. The king gave us the extra room for us and the queen which is over ten years old has been transferred to the extra bedroom for guests and has held up quite nicely! Feeling like this mattress was made specifically for us!

I must say that it came at the right time. I'm currently recovering from surgery and waited until it was safe enough for me to switch out my old mattress with this one. As soon as I laid down, I knew that would be the first night I got a decent amount of sleep since coming home after my procedure. With my old mattress, I was constantly trying to turn over due to the springs being extremely uncomfortable which wasn't a good idea for someone who was in pain. I love the Fleur de Lis design on the mattress since it's a symbol that represents my home state. I really like how my body "sinks" into the bed especially after a long day BUT I do wonder if it will hold up after some time has passed. This concern could simply be due to the mattresses that I'm use to so I will definitely pay attention to it. If I had to choose a different type from this company, I would go for the Lux Estate Medium because of the added materials which are perfect for people like me who could really use the cooling cover and Tempur-Indulge Memory Foam. For the price, I would've never been able to purchase it myself, but I would certainly recommend it to people who can afford it. Great quality mattress that affords a restful night's sleep! First time customer and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! Soft mattress that does not sink and bounces backeach day (side & back sleeper). I highly recommend this mattress company and I will be a lifelong customer.

This is a horrible mattress. I am writing this at 2 am because I am up again, sore and sleepy because this mattress is so uncomfortable. This is in no way soft. This is a concrete slab with 1/2 inch of padding. Over-priced and just a bad investment. This product changed my lie in that now my life sucks horribly because I cannot sleep and I am always sore. I love that I can at least return this junk mattress. I don't love everything else about it. I was bamboozled and sold a mattress that was not a mattress but a torture device designed to induce pain and deprive sleep. Do not buy this unless you want to torture yourself or someone else. This is a medieval torture device, nothing more. Think the rack but with less comfort.

I enjoy a firm mattress, so that is what I got and I am completely satisfied. I expected to be a little uncomfortable as I broke the firmness in a bit, but I didn't experience that. From the day it was delivered, it's been like sleeping on a cloud. A very firm cloud. LoL. This mattress has all but eliminated my back and hip pain. I would recommend this mattress to everyone. Seriously. My son and I fight over who wants to sleep on it. LoL. It is worth every penny, I promise.

Have been sleeping on a queen size Stearns and Foster mattress over 40 years. The latest model is designed differently then previous models. The smaller box spring makes a little noise at times when getting on and off the bed. Other than that we sleep very well. Well made product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is so amazing, I've never slept so good. It's firm not hard and you can't feel and movement when sleeping next to another . It's a high profile mattress so getting out of bed is a breeze . I have no more back pain when waking up in the morning ,It's honestly changed how I sleep and how long I stay asleep . I would pick this mattress again and again . It has a quilted plush top its so nice it's a non flipping mattress you just need to rotate it every 6 mths or s. It is heavy but it does have handles on the side which helps a ton .

We have Hurston Luxury Firm. It started feeling like a hammock after the first two months. We rotated it once a month, which didn't help. I waited a year and a half to file a warranty and was denied because the measurement of the gullies was 1.5 on one side and the other side was 1.3. Not only does it feel like sleeping on a hammock, but the foam layer is also compressed so much in the dips we feel like the coils are digging in our backs. It's unacceptable to have that problem with a mattress that's less than two years old. The mattress store we bought it from said give it a little more time, and they're sure we'll have a warranty claim soon. We just ordered another mattress from another company and will never buy another Stearns and Foster!

This mattress is tall, with a solid, well-made structure and soft material. The design touches on and around the mattress speak to the Stearns & Foster reputation as one of a high-quality and modern upgrade from any regular mattress on the market. I especially like the imbedded side handles, for easy moving and placement. While this mattress is considered to be the Soft model, it does have a firmness to it and could be plusher when lying down. However, I'm sure with time and usage this will be just a perfect comfort level. Definitely recommend Stearns & Foster mattresses for their attention to detail and comfort.
