Expensive but great mattress so far. However, customer service was not as great - mainly because they have yet to even reply to my online inquiries and messages. The first delivery attempt failed because they forgot to even put the mattress in the delivery truck, which forced me to waste a day off from work. Second successful attempt was 8 days later - not a huge deal but also a bit annoying. Overall, it took a little over 3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Lastly, when I was comparing the order receipt with my bank account transaction, I found out that they overcharged me.

My husband is fine with any mattress, but I am very aware of the differences a mattress can make on sleep quality and comfort. We had slept on a competitor's new firm mattress for 6 nights on a vacation in an Airbnb recently; it was the first time in ages that I had NO issues with hip or back discomfort at night, even though we walked several miles and climbed stairs every day! But when it came to ordering a new mattress, I defaulted to this Sealy medium to "play it safe". While it is definitely a high quality, beautifully made mattress, and the delivery was flawless & fast, I should personally have chosen the firm model we had on vacation.

From day 1 we had an outstanding experience. We are 50+ year old side sleepers. This is the first time we have ever purchased a mattress without "test driving" first. There was no break-in period. We hope Sealy NEVER stops making this mattress. For us there are no disappointments. The only unknown is long term use. We have been sleeping on it less than 6 months. But so far a great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed relieves pressure points in the hips, but it is so over-the-top soft that there is not adequate support. I had to call to get into the return mode under the 90-day return/exchange mode, because clearly a too-soft mattress is not going to improve with age. The return process (now ongoing for over a month) is a royal pain in the butt. Just go to a retailer that sells Sealy stuff, and be sure you check this out before pulling the trigger via Sealy Direct. Bottom line: there are some things that shouldn't be bought on the internet.

My only change I would possibly make is switching from soft to medium or firm, I sometimes have a sore back after waking up.

I love the fact that my husband and I don't feel each other moving all night. The bed is soft but gives good support! It is very pleasant to relax on and especially sleep on! I only wish it could be flipped over to rotate it for the future but we are very happy with this purchase!
