Great quality mattress that affords a restful night's sleep! First time customer and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! Soft mattress that does not sink and bounces backeach day (side & back sleeper). I highly recommend this mattress company and I will be a lifelong customer.

This Estate mattress has a 12" wide strip across where there is a giant indent, it's especially bad smack in the center of the bed. I couldn't figure out why my back was hurting. I would wake up in the morning completely bent over and not be able to straighten out for a couple of hours. I finally figured out that it's the mattress, It has huge indents where there is no support! After taking all the sheets off and pushing on the different areas of the mattress, I noticed his stripe across the entire mattress which is almost like it's been folded there and the springs have separated. Basically, what happens is your body parked in that area will completely sink in and become deformed to the rest of your body. So that was what was happening to me. I had the worst back pain after buying this mattress for about 2 years. I just figured out The source of my back pain and it's the bed. It's so unfortunate: this was supposed to be a gift to myself and it's been a lemon. I literally sleep better on my couch. And wake up without pain! I

We have been sleeping on this mattress for the past two weeks and our back pain is gone! I often find myself drawn back to my bed just to chill/snuggle on it. Highly recommend, best sleep ever!

We've had this mattress 4 weeks today. It is the 2nd S & F mattress. We exchanged a Lux Estate PT for this Estate TT after the first mattress had body indentions after only 1 week! Now, after 4 weeks, this mattress is showing body indentions also! I am petite, 5'2" 112 lb. and my husband is 5'6", 160 lb. So, we are hoping the top will even out but not banking on it. Very disappointed given this is the second mattress and the price of both. Basically, what should be a wonderful experience (getting a new mattress) has turned into a sad experience.

It's a high profile mattress so getting out of bed is a breeze . I have no more back pain when waking up in the morning ,It's honestly changed how I sleep and how long I stay asleep . I would pick this mattress again and again . It has a quilted plush top its so nice it's a non flipping mattress you just need to rotate it every 6 mths or s. It is heavy but it does have handles on the side which helps a ton .

After 2 weeks, I couldn't sleep on that mattress anymore. Aches, pains like I never experienced. Everything hurt. That mattress was like sleeping on a cold brick - and the sheets kept coming off! My wife and I were in need of a good mattress due to problems with our backs, we purchased our mattress at Ashley Furniture were we tried many out and settled on the Sterns & Foster Estate Firm Pillow Top. Our first night was getting use to the firmness and after that it was sleeping like a baby, we love our new Sterns and Foster mattress, we spent more than we wanted to but it was well worth it. We love our new mattress and are telling all of our friends. Thank You Sterns & Foster for a great mattress.

I tried this for 30 days and I do not like all the memory foam in this mattress, it's too hot to sleep, I sweat all night long and I am used to a traditional innerspring mattress, and I do not like that there is no bounce back or is really slow to bounce back, the memory foam is very prominent. This mattress was not soft enough for me (my body would fall asleep if I was sleeping on my side and my shoulder would hurt) but may have been if it weren't for all the memory foam. I do have issues with back/neck pain. This was a good quality mattress and I hope Stearns and Foster changes or adds a model that doesn't have so much memory foam in a soft TT or soft pillowtop that is affordable. I would hope to try this in the future because it seems like a well-made mattress and I never experienced what they were like before Tempur-Pedic acquired them, maybe I would have liked them then but couldn't afford it at the time. Hope this helps someone, and I hope Tempur-Pedic can make a mattress without so much memory foam!
