It is ok, it has a strange synthetic translucency. Has more bite than you would expect for mild. Plus it is a tremendous amount

We use it on and in about everything… chips and queso dip, enchiladas with queso dip melted on top, queso mix with beans and much more. We love it.

This queso is so good. It is my absolute favorite. It melts easily and is veey creamy. Not overly spicy , just a hint

Good queso dip. A little on the thinner side, creamy, doesn't get clumpy as is sits and reheats well. Its pretty mild and a good party dip.
