I wouldn't buy it again. I didn't realize how small they were. Better to buy the big one somewhere else it's a better value. Also they are really sweet. I Diluted with water.

Bought these for my son who plays in sports, they are the small bottles. They are ok for younger people but if you can find the bigger bottles on sale, then better off getting those. These are like 2 drinks and done. He barely got 2 drinks in between rest periods and drank 2 to 3 bottles each practice. So was not worth it for us.

Too sweet

A sweet drink with low calories. Also a good thirst quencher and I like the B-vitamins, just enough for a later afternoon "treat".

Weird tasting. Prefer bodyarmor lyte way better.
