Hello! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that this is your favorite Downy bead smell so far and that you find it amazing! Thank you for sharing your fantastic feedback with us!

We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Downy Infusions In-Wash Scent Booster Beads, CALM Lavender and Vanilla Bean. It must upsetting that the scent did was too light for your liking. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to have. The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of the amount of scent desired. Larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent. The less you use, the less scent. The scent beads are added into the washer right with your laundry. The beads will slowly dissolve through the wash and rinse cycle, maximizing the time for the scent to absorb into the fabric. Super high temps and/or super long dry times in tumble dryers may zap some of the perfume, so I would simply suggest using lower heat and shorter dry times if possible. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 688-7638 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you by recommending the best scent for your liking. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Downy.
