We're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Downy Infusions Scent Booster Beads, CALM Lavender&Vanilla Bean, Mark. It must upsetting that beads were not as effective as you expected. This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Our Downy Infusions Calm Beads add soothing lavender and vanilla bean scents to your laundry, keeping clothes fresh all day with touch-activated technology. They provide up to 12 weeks of long-lasting fragrance, are safe for all fabrics and washing machines—including HE—and are used alongside detergent and fabric conditioner. Please contact us at (800) 688-7638 so we can hear more about this situation and advise you on the most suitable option for your needs. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Downy.
