Delicious. I am glad I gave it a try. By far the best at home queso option. It is exactly like Don Benitos. I think some reviews may have been unlucky and gotten bad batches. I have microwaved it and made chicken flameado in the oven ( chicken smothered in queso and cheese served with tortillas) and both came out excellent. I will 1 million percent order this again. It is smooth, creamy and not to thick or to watery. It does thicken more as it cools which is normal. If I ever get one that clumps or curdles I will return it. Cause that is not what this queso should do. It's lovely with chips, smothered burritos, taquitos, tacos or taco salad, flour tortillas. Just everything. I could drink it tbh.
