This queso is tasty, with just enough "zing" to leave a little reminder on your lips that you're living in Texas where we like our taste buds to experience a bit of heat along with flavor. My daughter picked this up along with the pizzas she was bringing over -- and I was WOWed with it! I have since purchased it myself at least two or three times. It's easier than making my own, but flavor is just as good as homemade.
