Very good flavor but texture and consistency needs some help. Adding a little cream and some american slices or cubes helps the texture a lot. The sams white queso is better overall

I was excited to try this dip, but it was so salty that we could not eat it. Most of it went in the trash. If you are the slightest bit sensitive to salt, I do not recommend this, but if you love salt, this dip is for you.

This queso has great flavor, but once reheated, texture will change to a curdled, overcooked consistency. Too bad, because it's seasoned well, I am going to try to reheat in some milk/cream to see if that helps, we'll see, if works will repurchase.

I liked the flavor but I tried heating a cup in the microwave slowly stirring every 15 seconds and it just got watery and clumpy not a texture I enjoy

My family are long time fans of this queso, which we buy in smaller containers from HEB. It's always been a treat, so when I saw it at Sam's in a bigger container for a great price, I was super excited. But it is NOT THE SAME. The texture is all wrong- clumpy and thick instead of smooth and rich after heating. You can see it before you taste it. I heated in the microwave per instructions and stirred adequately- I guess we will just have to keep buying the smaller portions from HEB.

Felt lazy so I thought id give this a try instead of making my own and boy was that a mistake. This is a terrible queso, it is not homogenous at all. Whatever cheese they are using my guess is a monterey jack is not homogenous with the american, it is separated straight from the factory while cold and only gets worse as you warm it up which causes it to have a super gritty texture and visually looks like it is curdled. As for flavor not only is it way saltier than it should be it tastes like cheap american cheese and when I say cheap I mean VERY cheap like worse than great value american cheese. There is little to no serrano peppers in it, very little flavor besides salty cheap american cheese, a tiny bit of peppers and onion going on.. I would HIGHLY recommend you skip this one and make some yourself. Learn to make your own american cheese at home and you will have queso a million times better than this every single time.

I thought this was pretty good, although not as good as the white queso yall used to sell.
