Unable to tilt umbrella!!

This is umbrella is very sturdy and the fabric holds its color well. It looks great on our back patio amd gives plenty of shade!

Returned one after a couple of months. Was tilting halfway raised. Have another with loose crank I'm returning. Mechanism seems cheap.

It was damaged when I received it the pole was bent I fixed it myself because I needed for a party and did not have time to wait for a replacement

We purchased this one a season later and it matched our previous purchase exactly. Looks good, works good.
