i had been itching starting as soon as i got my bed and thought it was the sheets but when i saw my doctor he said it was bedbugs bites and told me to check my bed and sure enough it was in the box. i hated this cause my bed cost so much but once i checked the box i knew what had happen. how could my bed be hurting me and it slept so good. what i did was call someone to make sure all was OK after ridding the boxes and i sleep like a baby. please check the boxes before you ship.

What a waste of money! All the boards were warped and bent so putting it together was tough some even splintered and cracked. What a shame that this is such low quality given how great the actual mattress is I was surprised the same level of quality never made it to the box spring SAD!

Very pleased with this foundation. I was able to assemble in about 1 hour and it is sturdy enough to last. There were a few issues trying to fit some of the bolts into the holes but mostly it went well. I recommend this as an alternative to a box spring and holds any mattress quite well.

The foundation to me is Not worth it. The mattress is worth it, love the mattress. On The foundation the wood is cracked and pieces didn’t line up just right. Pre Drilled holes in incorrect spots (easy fix). You cannot return it so I fixed the mistakes myself because I didn’t want to wait another two weeks for shipping for a warranty replacement.

The bed is comfortable, but the set up instructions were terrible. I actually called for help to set up the foundation. The man who answered argued with me that I was not reading the instructions correctly. It was so frustrating to read the sentence to him and have him tell me that I was not reading the words correctly. The pictures were not clear and the instructions are wrong. I have written procedures for very complicated functions, step by step, please revise your instructions. At least give the same page to your 'help staff' that you include in your packages. And your video misses the critical step showing how to attach the center brace. If it is not attached correctly the horizontal supports are too long on one side and too short on the other side. Here's another issue, I asked for leg extensions because I was afraid the bed would be too low, Why are the extensions a different diameter than the legs? Besides the bottoms were rounded on the extensions but not on the legs. Made the bed wobbly. I took them off. The bed itself is comfortable and the pillows are good, too bad the instructions are useless.

The GhostBed Luxe is amazing! We purchased the GhostBed Luxe Queen mattress and the frame. The frame was easy to put together and very solid. The mattress exceeded our expectations! My wife has had daily shoulder pain for about 10 years which she has been treated with physical therapy. The pain is now gone! The mattress is a little cold, as advertised. Best night sleep!

I ordered and timely received a twin GhostBed foundation. It arrived on time, all the pieces were included, and it took very little time to put together. The guest who used it was extremely satisfied (and she's a tough critic), and liked it much better than the previous foundation we were using. I put together an IKEA foundation aa few years ago, and this GhostBed was far simpler, easier, and a lot more stable. I am sure my son also appreciated that the ease and simplicity of assembly kept my frustration level low. The only improvement off hand I can come up with is to make the print embedded with the pictures in the directions a bit larger. I recommend this foundation for someone who wants a quick, easy to assemble, stable foundation. It also comes with headboard brackets (that I didn't use) if you want to connect a headboard.

Sorry to say but we DON’T love the Ghost bed. We’ve called twice and were told to try it for a full 30 days. Our main complaint is that we both sink into the center and have to really make an effort to pull to the sides. The person we talked to said to call at the end of 30 days and there were a number of options - we’d like to return it and get a refund. Henry Vendiola

It is okay but not of best quality box spring I can say. The box spring cover given should be given to cover the complete box spring not just the top part of the matteress. If we have to just push the box spring the cover comes off from one edge and everytime it has to be lifted and pushed if we have to clean the house. Also the screw system needs to be improved.

This mattress seems great quality and low odor. We love being able to roll over and not disturb the other person. It is however, quite firm. I am 5'5", 130 lbs, my husband is 5'8", 150 lbs. It does not sink in much at all. While my husband doesn't mind it and has a more straight build, it does not accommodate curves at all for me. Not sure if it's because I don't weigh enough. I have woken up with aching pressure points and limbs that are falling asleep. Does sleep cool, if you like firm this would be a great option. We will be returning as I hurt worse after 45 days than I did sleeping on my 15 year old cheap mattress.
