I wasn't sure what to expect out of a boxed mattress but figured it was worth a shot. So glad i did. We needed an extra mattress in the spare room and this one is perfect. Its firm but not stiff. Very comfortable. Easy to move around in the vacuum packed bag to get it where it was needed. Fairly light considering. Once you cut it open, it takes just a few minutes to get into shape. Took about 15 minutes total and it seemed to be fully expanded. Great choice for the money.

I really enjoy this product. It's firm and molds into your body when you sleep. It was super easy to set up, great delivery, easy instructions, holds lots of weight. A lot bigger than I expected, which made it better.

Working long shifts staying up to beat with today. I wanted to change my sleeping comfort, with my new hybrid bedding, I am now sleeping on a cloud, my body doesn't feel so tense. I can move with ease, it's a perfect material and cushion that I needed. I love this bedding, waking up I feel ready for the day, I now dream and wake up with energy! I love that the material is soft and light weight. It's a firm bedding with cushion!

We wish we had never purchased this mattress. It is not firm as advertised; support is inadequate but is uncomfortable. You can feel the springs poking into your back and with two people in bed, the smaller one rolls towards a dip in the center with a queen size mattress. The best thing about it was unboxing it and watching it expand but not worth the price of minor entertainment. We would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

Not really firm. Im very disappointed. Ill never make another Sam's online purchase. Customer Service is hands down the worse, esp Merchandise Mgr "Tre".

Husband prefers a very firm mattress. He said he likes this pretty well and I have noticed he is sleeping better! Also like that the sides do not slope like many mattresses.

This mattress is so comfortable. Using in a spare bedroom where it gets slept on every other weekend. There was no smell when it unfolded and expanded and was able to use it the night we set it up that morning.

Received this mattress in the mail. The delivery man said it was 145 pounds. It arrived in a box, condensed in plastic wrap. It was much easier to move upstairs still wrapped up. This mattress was the 12” firm. I didn't think it was too hard/farm. It is actually very comfortable and might feel softer than what I think of when I think of firm. The fabric is really nice and super soft to the tough. I am very pleased with this mattress.

Mattress is very thick and very firm. Appears to be made of good quality materials. Works well with an adjustable bed frame.

Firm as labeled. For the first time in 4 years my back doesn't hurt. Is firmer than the previous mattress we recently bought that has been creating nothing but back pain.
