I was able to assemble the box spring with no problem after contacting customer service with my question. The slats are connected by a "ribbon" which needs to be cut in order to evenly space out the slats. That clue was not in the written instructions but luckily, I was able to get through to customer service immediately and had my dilemma solved by a very nice lady whose name I unfortunately cannot remember.

I was sceptical about the easy to assemble for a king bed box that comes to you in pieces. But it was thought out well and was not difficult to put together. Having a screw gun handy is a necessity. One of the boards was twisted and split while assembling, but wood glue does wonders.

I’ve got Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease and I barely sleep due to pain. Suddenly I’m sleeping!!!!! It’s so awesome being able to find positions to comfortably lay! I love my Ghost Bed!!!! I keep telling people with back, spine and neck problems to definitely get one!

The foundation was pretty straightforward and easy to put together. The 4 star rating was because some of the holes on the slats were not pre drilled and I had to drill a few myself. Not a big deal for me, but could be a concern if you did not have drill.

I am not happy with this mattress and foundation. I was told to give it 30 days. So I am trying to do that. It's almost been 30 days and I am still not happy. This is the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. And the foundation is to low to the floor. I have bad knees and it's hard for me to get out of bed. I wake up hurting all over.

So happy I bought a ghost bed! We have slept on it for a couple of months now and we love it! My husband used to have back pain every morning but since getting our new bed, he has been sleeping better and waking up without pain. I love the mattress because i sleep hot and the cooling features really work ! My ghost bed!

The foundation is solid when put together properly. Mine was delivered with the box damaged but there is not much concern for damage during shipping and everything inside was fine. A little expensive for what it is but is worth the cost when buying the whole package.

What can be said here? Its a bunch of wood with screws holding it together. Some of the wood was warped and the fabric cover does not fully enclose the Foundation. It "works" but nothing about it really compels me to say anything better than Mediocre

The Ghostbed foundation came with the purchase of our Ghostbed King sized mattress. If it hadn't been included, I would not have gotten it for the price point (it's just a bunch of 2x4s with a cover). The wood was warped, which made it difficult to drill some of the screws in, which combined with the fact that the screws were a little short. I ended up hand-screwing most of the screws, because the wood kept popping off (even when I was being careful not to strip the hole by over-drilling). Fortunately, they include plenty of screws, meaning that once the foundation was assembled it stayed together well.

I've had my mattress on the floor since I moved into my home 2 years ago. It's not been much of an issue for me but my boyfriend has said he's been having back pain. I knew buying a frame and a box spring would be pricey but this came across my feed and I was sold. It was quick delivery to my house, within a week. It was quick and easy to put together, it took us less than an hour to put it together. It's now been a couple weeks with our new foundation and he says his back has felt SO much better than it was before. It's been a lot easier to sleep, that's for sure. Also, now I have storage under my bed so that we don't have Junk all over the room. I love this purchase!
