We purchased this bed after trying several foam mattresses in the stores. With a little hesitancy and help from the reviews we bought the ghost mattress. It came 3 days later & we even slept on it that night! We absolutely love it! Firm in the beginning but softens a bit. Great mattress for the money.

the mattress is fantastic, best thing i ever slept on plus a 20+ year warranty, cant beat it. my only qualm is the platform. during sex the middle support failed and the middle of the bed caved. maybe because i have wood laminate floors the feet slip due to the plastic caps on the end. i ended up removing the feet from the platform and installing rubber pads,100% better. bed is shorter but i can have sex on it again. maybe offer a rubberized solution for people with hard floors. FANTASTIC MATTRESS!!!!!!!!!

We did extensive research before making the purchase, and it really paid off. The purchasing experience was simple, shipment on time as promised, assembly no more of a pain in the neck than expected, and sleeping has been wonderful! The bed/foundation are incredibly comfortable and both my wife and I love it.

It is great to finally enjoy a full night's sleep. I have used other memory foam products, which are better than a spring mattress, but I still found myself sleeping, sitting up on the couch 4 out of 7 nights. We have had the Ghost Bed for 3 weeks now and every night, all night I have stayed in bed. I actually overslept the other day.

This is a great bed. Little on the firm side when you first climb in but soon its contoured to your body and you fall asleep for a good nights sleep. The top cover is a nice design and the cooling pillows are just amazing. Would buy again if I ever needed another bed.

Foundation was broken when it arrived Concidering it took weeks to get decided to get out my glue clamps n screws n fix it. After it dried I put it together n found the corner brackets were not installed correctly so took it apart n re installed them correctly n put it together again. All my other items were of good quality but the foundation was not. Think we need a little quality control

I like the frame. It assembled really easily, and does not creak and groan when you are in the bed. The only thing I wasn't really fond of is the fabric cover is held down by sticky velcro, and so far its doing a great job at holding it in place, but in the past I have been let down by sticky velcro and am just waiting for it to happen here too.

I purchased the all in one bed frame in march, by may the center tail and a couple side slats broke. Its Now july and I'm still making phone calls trying to figure out how I can use my warranty to get those parts replaced. Ghostbed customer service has provided phone numbers that have gotten me nowhere. This is extremely frustrating. The maytress I purchased along with the frame has developed a dip, and what I thpught was going to be a restful experience has become a nightmare. Not to mention $700 dollars are going straight to the garbage!

So far, so good! We have had our Ghost Bed for about three weeks now, and it is extremely comfortable. There was a slight smell of plastic when we opened the packaging and the mattress started to expand. This lasted only about 45 minutes, and then there was no smell of any kind. The mattress expands very quickly. Be aware that the box the mattress comes in weighs about 85 pounds, so although the box is smaller than you'd expect, it will take two people to move it inside. The foundation weighs about 65 pounds and is shipped separately. Also, this is a very thick mattress, so you may be farther off the floor than you have been accustomed. This is a medium-firm mattress - not hard, but certainly not "squishy" at all.

Ordering was easy. Shipped and received in 2 days. Setup was simple. Love the pillows. They smell like lavender. Bed itself does take some getting used to. After about a week aches and pains are gone. Best night sleep we've had in a long time. Thanks ghost bed.
