Lately, the texture of these pre-cooked sausage patties, which I've loved for years, seems to have gotten rubbery and has increased grease after being heated.

I never buy fully cooked anything. I had a house full of guess to feed a several other dishes to prepare so I gave these a try. The family loved them.

Best item to keep in the freezer for a quick go to for anytime of the day. Pop two sausages patties in the microwave and you are ready to eat in 70 seconds.

Great sausage and easy to prepare. A point to be made here is that Sam's always has great brands like Jimmy Dean in stock: not like some other clubs where it is only available during so-called "sales". This is the main reason that I always shop at Sam's first.

Bought these to try to add a bit of flavor to breakfast, greasy. Nuked to thaw, fried to cook. Don't eat enough to buy the 1 pound rolls, my favorite and not greasy. Wonder if I could fry up patties from a 1 pound roll %26 freeze. These separate to packs of 4. Bit small for muffins.

I love these sausages. They are quick and easy to make. They are packaged with 8 in each package. So you get 3 packages with 8 in each one. You can also tear the package of 8 and just cook 4 at a time. I also freeze these and when I use them they are really good. I eat them every Sunday for breakfast. I highly recommend them. My daughter buys the turkey ones and she says they are really good. So if you don’t want reg. You can buy turkey ones and know they are good also.

No other breakfast sausage is as good at having just the right combination of spices as Jimmy Dean! And even though they do have a variety of flavor options, they are smart enough to not change the original (and best, in my opinion) and force a change on their customers just for changes sake. Wow, are these GOOD! And convenient! Our whole family enjoys them including our new eaters in the family, toddler grandchildren. I feel good about starting our day with protein. I also chop these up and use them along with ground beef in lasagna and pizza. Yum! I've tried to go back to traditional roll sausage, but the texture and convenience of these patties can't be beat.
