This is a well made, beautiful fire chat set. The seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. In fact, they’re my preference as a cushion that is too soft exacerbates my back issue. Everyone who has joined us for an evening on our patio absolutely loves this set. It’s both comfortable and very classy! Seats five effortlessly.

One of the best purchases I have made from Sam’s Club. For the longest I have been looking for backyard furniture that was not (wicker) material and had a modern look. These caught my husband’s and I attention when it was on display in store. And we fell in love! It looks so much more beautiful in person and in our back yard! We get so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful and comfortable these chairs are. And the fire pit, it’s so easy to use. You can definitely feel it on those cold nights.

This heavy woven rope is gorgeous and looks expensive. The couch cushions are a little stiff but that could be because it's brand new. I'm 5'6" and there's plenty of room on the couch to take a nap lying flat. I love that the extra chairs have comfy, curbed backs, swivel and also rock. The firepit looks very nice also. I'd buy this in a heartbeat.

Ordered for our deck and we love it. As others said cushions slightly firm and fire pit large but looks great. Was well packaged. minimal assembly on chairs. No assembly for couch and fire pit. Cost a little more than we were looking at but worth the extra money. the rope design is really neat.

This is a very solid and well built patio set. I love the two additional rocking side chairs; they have comfortable setbacks while having a firm seating pad. The firepit converts to a table if needed which is a great feature. The weaved backs of the chairs are a nice aesthetic as well. If you're looking for something more cushiony, you may need to look elsewhere, otherwise this is a great set.

I love this set so much, I’m considering buying a second set. As a designer, extra firm seats for outdoor furniture is very important for longevity. I’m really hoping they bring back the matching dining set. I’ve been checking the website everyday for the dining set.

After searching on-line for a conversation set, we went with this one. We chose it because it was unique, much different than all of the other sets. It is beautiful and appears to be well made. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the cushions are firm but I personally like them that way. Thrilled with the protective covers that came with it. Even with heavy rain, the furniture did not get wet and the covers were easy to throw on as the threat of rain was coming! The set came very well packaged and the delivery people were very nice, personable and professional. I'm so glad we went with this furniture for our new deck.

Delivery came early, driver put it all in garage, boxed nicely with no visible damage. The chairs needed some assembly but was not difficult. When put in place, they looked amazing! But as others have rated the cushions are very hard. Hoping the get a little better w use. The description said they came w covers, but I received 2 couch covers, one chair and only for the fire pit. Hoping they take care of me and send another cover my way.

bought at my local club and the firepit cover and sofa cover were missing along with the cap that covers the battery for the igniter on the firepit. Been back and forth with customer service stating they can't process the items that are missing because it was an in club purchase. when I talked to the club manager on the phone after driving an hour home and got it setup he mentioned to call customer service. literally no help at all.

I purchased this set after waiting for it to come back in stock. It is just as beautiful in person as it appears online (I am always nervous about ordering a higher ticket item without seeing it first). We live in AZ, so we have not tried out the fire pit table yet, but 2 chairs did arrive with uneven, discolored finish on the end of the chair arms. I am hoping that customer service will provide some ideas for fixing that.
