Very thin sized smaller than posted

I bought my husband one pack and he had me order another saying , "These will last me the rest of my life!" He's 77....

Even though I've recently lost weight I found these to be a bit tight in the waist elastic, I would recommend "Fruit of the Loom" over these

Husband likes them. I did size up forbhim though, he wears size 32-34 depending on the day and I bought him large.
