Not sure what changed?

Been being the 93% members mark ground beef for awhile now. The last 3 pack we got had alot more grizzly fat in it and after cooking it throughly, it had a strange taste?? Not up to the quility it use to be. Sam's should check with members mart as to what's going on with the fat and strange taste.
