I cannot drink this coffee. I wanted to try something new (new roaster and new coffee) and regret my decision to risk a 2-lb. Purchase, especially since that amount is hardly "fresh-roasted" by the time I get to the end of a bag. But most of all, after several attempts to modify the amount of beans, the grind, water temperature, etc., I just had to admit it's just not good. Anyone who rated it with 5 stars want a mostly full bag of espresso beans?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes great and smells fantastic. Grinds very easily and comes out very smooth on just a few pulses. Overall, the smell is the best part. It really got me out of bed this morning when I had it brewing before wake up.

Unfortunately, this coffee was mildewed. I would not recommend buying this.

Excellent taste

Outstanding yummy butter pecany taste! The slight nuttiness comes through! Added extra- extra -creamy DD creamer from local grocery store too!

This was a gift for my son. He loves this coffee. I have not been able to find it in a local store so I ordered online and that was perfect! It did take longer than expected to arrive but that just means I'll order the next bag sooner.

It is good but could be darker roasted. I like the smoky flavor of espresso. It is nice and smooth and we are just drinking it as coffee, not espresso especially to make iced coffee.

It's a smooth light roast, but the flavors that I generally expect from a Guatemalan roast (almond, milk chocolate, and a touch of cherry) aren't there. There really isn't a strong flavor at all, just a nice mouthfeel.

I love Copper Moon Coffee!! I use the espresso beans in my espresso machine, the coffee in my coffee machine and the single serve in my Keurig!! It all has a great flavor with fast shipping!!

It's not as good as other Ethiopian coffees I've had. I had to adjust the amount of coffee as well as the amount of cream several times before landing a combination that makes the coffee acceptable to me.
