Lola loves her new bed and snuggles in it all day. It has enough room for her and her toy rabbit. The bed is a great quality, I totally recommend it. I followed the care instructions, and the bed washed great.

At first, I really liked this bed because it was easy to remove dog hair and wipe down quickly. However, I occasionally wash my dog’s bed due to shedding and odor, and this one just isn’t made for that. It’s stuffed with wool, which makes cleaning tricky, and the zippers were tough to open and close. I learned the hard way that this bed isn’t ideal if you plan to wash it regularly. It might work fine if you don’t need to wash your dog’s bed often or if you use a washable cover over it. Overall, it just didn’t fit my needs, but could be a good option for light use.

Product is great. shipping slow and delayed for days. customer service terrible. Had to contacts Sam's customer service twice. Wasted over an hour of my time over chat. First rep promised $20 Sam's cash within 48 hours. 2nd rep said 5-7 days for me not being satisfied with the shipping delay. After 7 days I did get the $20 Sam's cash but felt lied to. I have been a member since 2007 and always got my orders withing 2 days. I ordered two of these dog beds and it took over a week to deliver. Some attempts FedEx did not even try to deliver for days. disappointed in the customer service / shipping delays. 2nd customer service rep was very rude, did not understand the issue nor care to help. My advice, don't expect it to arrive for at least 7-10 days from placing your order and if you have to reach out to customer service do not expect them to be of any help.

Disappointed that the difference from my first purchase two years ago to this purchase two days ago is drastically different in that there is no filling at all, literally our golden is laying on the floor. We had to cut open two pillows to fill the bottom zippers with stuffing. Shame on Sam’s Club for selling such a pitiful dog bed!

I absolutely love the look of these beds until it was time to wash them. I was my dogs beds about every 2 weeks. the bottom comes out... messy but it is foam in a casing. I was expecting to be able to take the sides out also but you cant unless you unstuff them!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Unless you never wash your dogs bed! Unfortunately I already bought 3 of these and used them all before trying to wash one.

save your money and buy a different bed. I have only had this bed for 2 weeks and its already falling apart. The part wh where the zipper is has completely detached and the stuffing is coming out. for almost $50 I expected better quality or to atleast last more than 2 weeks.

The filling in the edges is loose, it get stuck in the small-toothed zipper. I bought this because it is theoretically washable. My dog was ill on her comfy bed and the filling is not washable, I am throwing it away after 4 months of use. In theory, you can refill it but the filling gets stuck in the zippers. It’s a gross mess.

The beds look really nice and the bolsters are thick and foam filled. The bottom is terrible. The foam/cushion in the base does not fill the space. There is a split in the center and at each end. I'm disappointed I spent the money on these.

Worst dog bed purchase ever. Since they shrink wrap it to ship it ABSOLUTELY RUINS WHAT LITTLE SUPPOSED MEMORY FOAM IS IN IT! Bottom is flat, edges have 3-6 inches with no stuffing. Very discussed with Sam’s. No mention in description that they were shipping in a small box and I purchased a large bed. If it doesn’t recover with all the suggestions I found online, I will have to manhandle this large bed back to the store and this will be ugly.
