The residue itself is just plain cream but that cream has so much outcomes I loved. The texture is thick easy to apply easy to use. The packaging is great keeps it from getting spilt or leaking. I have sensitive skin so the fregrange free makes it perfect. But having the fregrange free doesn't leave it oder less it does have a smell that isn't the best in my opinion but for how well it works I don't mind.
