This is my ride or die body cream moisturizer for life. This new formula is so good for my skin. It instantly relieves, protects and seriously hydrates + moisturizes my dry to very dry skin. And this makes my skin so soft!! I use this on my face too as my face moisturizer after I wash it. I don’t know if I’ll keep doing that, maybe I’ll try their face lotion products someday but for now it works since it protects and helps heal my skin barrier especially after I use a bha face wash and for my body, it’s something I will use for the rest of my life. This gives the softest smoothest skin after shaving too. And love that it’s fragrance free and the fragrance free scent smells good. If that makes sense.

PLEASE bring back the old formula. I used it for 15+ years every single day and cannot use the new reformulated moisturizing cream because of the niacinamide. Yes, it's a "hot" ingredient right now, but hat DOES NOT MEAN it works for everyone. Just look at this page. Your customers want the old formula back. I literally haven't been able to find anything that compares, and my skin has been messed up since you reformulated. Please bring the old version back.

This is the only moisturizing cream that I have been using for years. i'm in my early 30s now and have dry sensitive skin. It's helped heal my dry and cracked elbows, and always faithfully moisturized my skin. It's great for that smooth and super silky skin after shaving, and just any time my skin is dry. Keeps it moisturized for hours. My skin is always left feeling hydrated, soft and smooth after using this. It just feels good. It can be a little greasy if you used a lot of it at at time but it's still so great. It's a MUST HAVE and very reliable moisturizing cream for life in me!

My skin is on the dry side, but also due to retinol treatment for my face I'm literally flaking. This cream is absolutely amazing. After a couple of days of use ( used it on my face too ) my skin improved a lot. Such an amazing moisturizer at a very reasonable price!

This used to be a holy grail item for me. I have eczema on my hand and this helped me keep it moisturized and under control. I used it religiously for at least 10 years and I often used it on my face when my skin got very dry. I didn't realize it had been reformulated until I started using a new jar in the middle of last year. It caused an immediate flare-up of eczema on my hand, and my face started stinging, turned bright red, and then started flaking and breaking out. It took me weeks to realize it was this causing the issue. Even my dermatologist told me not to use this again. Sadly, I still haven't found anything to replace Cetaphil. I wish you would bring back the old formula!

I have been using Cetaphil with the blue lid for years. I just bought a tub of the green lid moisturizer and I'm so disappointed. It has caused my allergic reaction to rear its ugly head again. Any time I use anything overly made with chemicals my eyelid turns bright red, itches and flakes. I haven't had this since I started using the Cetaphil blue lid product. I didn't even check the ingredients until after I started having this reaction. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt so I can't return it. Not happy.

My boyfriend had bought me cetaphil moisturing cream (blue lid) 3 years ago and I just ran out of it last year I’ve tried all the cetaphil moistering creams/ lotions and nothing beats the original formula please bring it back it was the best moisturizer ever for my face :(

I used this for the first time this morning after my shower. It did not absorb into my skin. It's thick and my skin feels greasy. With it being so thick, I'm not sure how it can absorb. Maybe I used too much. I'll try again and hope I get better results.

I’ve been using this location for a few days now and I could say that I feel immediate relief to my dry skin, I’m hoping over time it will hydrate my skin but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs extra moisture!

Why change a good thing? I bought this product for years but this new formula is far too greasy. Can only use it on my hands and feet at bed time because anything i touch after applying it is left with a greasy shine. It doesn't even moisturize as good as the old formula. No one is going to buy this now after they try it. You want to stay in business? Bring back the old formula.
