[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've been using Cetaphil for years. I have eczema abd si does my daughter. This product has worked well for us both in keeping our skin moisturized. I do however wish it didn't smell like play doh. Sometimes no scent is a scent.

I only used Cetaphil's face wash not sure why I never used their moisturizer. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone that has sensitive skin. I have used Cetaphil moisturizing cream for many years now. Until recently. Since you added citric acid to this product, I can no longer use it. My sensitive skin is very allergic to citric acid. Many people with sensitive skin can’t use skin care products with citric acid. I don’t understand why you would add this to a product for people with sensitive skin.

I love the new formula! Unlike the low rated reviews, this for me is much better than the “blue lid” old faithful version which I could NOT use because it stung when I put it on and felt sticky. The new version feels wonderful on my skin and doesn’t sting!

This product is fine, I have eczema and would definitely say there are better lotions you could buy than this one, but it’s not too bad. My main gripe is that it pills?? If I put a lot on or rub it in too long it just balls up and flakes off. Also it kind of smells like sunscreen, which i can’t stand the smell of.
