I used to use and LOVE Cetaphil ‘s old formula that came in a blue lid jar. It was AMAZING! Better than any other expensive and high end cremes at luxury department stores. I turned so many people on to it and we all stopped buying it since the green lip formula has replaced it. The old formula was great for the face especially for dry, sensitive skin. This new formula is so greasy that I cannot use on my face anymore. I’ve tried all other Cetaphil facial moisturizers (day/night, with/without SPF) and NONE compares to the blue lid formula. Bring it back! Your customers will come back too!

Cetaphil, I understand the changes you made and on paper it looks great with the B3 etc., however in reality this formula is less moisturizing than your old one. I have been an advocate for this moisturizer for over a decade - because of me all of my family and many of my friends use Cetaphil cream. I used to constantly get compliments on how soft my skin was. This new moisturizer does not leave that same deweyness on the skin, and is not as moisturizing. Please reformulate to make this more like what it used to be. I am not sure why my original review was not accepted - I hope Cetaphil doesn’t only publish positive reviews.

I have been using this product on my body for several months and I love it. It is very moisturizing and not too heavy-feeling. I later began using it on my face morning and night and it has worked well on my face too. I feel like it is very hydrating.

I’ve been a fan of Cetaphil for a while and this skin is what the brand can be trusted for - amazing dermatologist recommended skin products that can be used my most and many with satisfaction.

My hands are extremely dry (so dry they hurt) and my cuticles are torn and sore. I’ve tried everything and finally tried Cetaphil Moisturizer. I can’t believe the improvement after applying it for only three days, No more hanging cuticles. The look and feel of my hands has completely changed in such a short time. My hands are now soft and smooth. This thick, rich cream is like a miracle in a jar!

@cetaphil if you read this, can you go back to producing the original cetaphil cream without sweet almond oil or at least pr ice one with almond oil and one without!! I have been using your products for over 20 years (I’m 24 with severe eczema). This is the only line of products that have worked up until the almond oil was added. I noticed that the almond oil creates an allergic reaction type rash all over my body.

Please go back to using Shea butter for the intensive moisturizing cream! The Meadowfoam oil does nothing to moisturize. The new cream is more like a lotion and now leaves my hands with an odd tactile film. Cetaphil used to be my salvation as I wash my hands constantly for my work.
