Easy to put together by myself and the instructions were good. Happy with the product and it holds all of our outdoor cushions easily.

Amazing value for this type of sturdy, spacious deck storage box/bench. It is a bit tall to count on as a bench, but it does indeed support weight of two good-sized adults! It holds all six of our deck chair cushions and then some. Very easy to put together - we only really needed two people when attaching the lid to the top of the box. Else, a one-person job, with a drill to make it easier to screw it together. I like the woodgrain vs an all-brown or all black box too.

Very easy to put together. I’m a 70 yr old female and put it together by myself. Just don’t do it on a windy day. Overall very pleased with size and stability. Bought it to replace one that was 20 yrs old. Hope it hold up that long. Highly recommended

Great deck box! This is a great storage option. It also has a really nice soft-close mechanism my old box didn't have. Assembly was easy- it feels very durable. It's also a nice piece visually. If you can find it on sale, it's a steal. Highly recommend!

Really solid once built. They seem flimsy out of the box, but once assembled correctly, can easily support a good amount of weight. Love the look of these boxes.

We purchased this deck box to store chair cushions in on our new patio. The box is very nice looking and well made. The lid came with a crack in it so I contacted Keter. They have awesome customer service. They shipped a new lid and I received it in 2 days!

Very happy with the deck box, Everything needed to assemble is included. Fairly easy to put together. Instruction manual is good. This deck box looks nice on our patio. We bought two to reorganize and clean up our tools and parts in the yard.

Sam's club customer service was easy to work with. Unfortunately the inside wall was chipped. Options given, return and reorder or a partial refund. I thought about reorder it but took the partial refund,credited to the charge card used for the purchase. I applied a little silicon to the inside crack, to prevent any water possibility getting inside.

Broken lid with which it arrived in an undamaged box makes it unusable as a supposedly waterproof deck box. Tried to get a replacement lid or replacement item from Sam's Club and spent an hour on the phone with the unhelpful Sam's Club customer service -- they want me to ship it back in a box and even give me 5 dollars for the box, but is already put together and being a huge item would not fit in any box. I explained the size issue to them multiple times, and cited dimensions that they can also easily see on their website but they don't seem to understand.
