This product is awesome. It works great and has clear instructions. I didn’t think I cared about syncing it to my phone with the app, but I actually really like that feature. The customer service is also phenomenal. I was having an trouble with poop getting on the sides and they told me what to do to fix it. (2 rotations per clean cycle) and also helped me find a better litter.

At first I was afraid that my cat wouldn’t use it but she loved it once she realized it wasn’t anything that would cause harm. She’s very shy and doesn’t always adjust well to new things. She transitioned into her new loo within two days. I’m really happy I didn’t have to make a return.

My cat Lela and I love the Leo's Loo Too. It has simplified our lives. Setting up the Loo was relatively easy. Setting up the box no problem. Trying to pair the box to my phone was tricky. I have an android phone and it simply would not connect. I reached out to customer service. They were prompt with thier response and gave many helpful tips. In the end I used my boyfriends iphone and it paired within seconds. Getting my cat to transition to the new box was easy. Luckily that is one area she is not picky. I immediately took her old box away and after a fews days she got use to it. At first she was a little nervous especially when she saw the cleaning process. She quickly realized it was a safe space and she's been fine ever since. Funny enough I was cleaning the other day and accidentally turned the Loo off. My cat got annoyed and meowed up a storm letting me know her box was not clean. She has become accustomed to having clean litter every time she goes to the bathroom. The app that is provided is user friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that when I go out of town my it will be easier for others to care for my cat. No regrets with this purchase.

I love the idea but there are some major flaws that impact my ability to love the machine. I have two Bengal cats. My older cat uses the machine without any issue; however, my one year old Bengal cannot leave it alone. Every time it goes into cleaning mode she runs to investigate and usually hops inside. This causes the machine to stop. Depending on which stage of cleaning it is in, it gives her access to the inside of the machine. In the few short weeks we have had it, she has managed to pull off two of the felt pieces from the inside. She also flings litter and solids out of the box in her pursuit to kill whatever is moving. The litter mat doesn't really help and it ends up being a disgusting mess. The inner tray does fill pretty quickly which is fine with me because it does start to smell fast. The quicker I change the bag, the less smell. The drawer doesn't shut well and is a pain to get just right. This was disappointing considering the cost. Overall it's ok, but I really wish I would have gone with something else.

Let me say that I’ve only had this litter box for about 2 weeks but it’s performed perfectly so far. My older cat is still afraid of it but my younger one has used it from the beginning without issue. I’ve only emptied the drawer twice since it came and there is no smell. Thank you!!!

I admit I was a bit skeptical about getting the Loo, but my cat used it 5 minutes after it was set up! I did a lot of research on the different brands, and the Loo Too came out on top. Love the app and the notifications. Another satisfied customer, thanks Casa Leo!

The Leo's Loo Too has been a lifesaver! We recently added a third kitty to our family (8 month old male we named Oliver) who was not a very gentlemanly user of the traditional hooded litterbox. Upon his arrival I noticed he loved to shred the plastic litter box liner, which upset our other two kitties, resulting in a couple of accidents. I thought about getting a second traditional litter box, but miraculously ( or creepily?) an ad for Leo's Loo Too appeared in my Instagram feed, and I ordered one. I liked the look of Leo's Loo Too compared to other self-scooping litter boxes (Kinda looks like a mini cement mixer!), and the features sounded nice. It arrived about a week after ordering, and was so easy to set up and link to our WiFi and the app. The kitties took to it immediately, which was a great relief! As I said at the top, it's been a lifesaver, and a game changer. No more shredded bags or litter box smell, and no more daily scooping. Since there are three of them using it, I do have to change the bag about twice a week, so the litter doesn't last as long. That's okay with me, since it's so much easier to maintain than a traditional litterbox. And I love the app notifications! Overall, Leo's Loo Too is a fabulous product that I am so happy with, as are my cats. It is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Thank you!

We recently adopted two cats and bought one of these to see if they liked it and if it worked. For an about 3 months the cats had a choice of a regular litter boxes along with Leo Loo Too. Right from the beginning the cats both liked it and used it regularly. We decided to get a second one and remove the regular boxes completely. It was such a great choice! The cats are happy and so is our family.

I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. I settled on 4 because I still have to wash out the tub every month. This product is as near perfect as possible. My cats and I are really happy.

At first, my cats did not want to use it. But after a week, it was all they preferred. There is still some kinks I am trying to work out, like clumps getting stuck to the bottom, but other than that, it is awesome!
