Do not buy from this company Stearns and foster , they do not treat customers with dignity, I bought the foundation and a day later I called and said that I would like to return it because the bed I am going to buy will not need foundation, they said that they do not accept returns even a day after purchase and still in the plastic

I have issues with my lower back, trouble sleeping at night and wake up stiff, since receiving this mattress through Bzz, I have slept like a baby!! The support is amazing, it isn't a stiff mattress, nice and pillow like but not to squishy. And I still can't believe I got this mattress for free, I just have to review!! I cant recommend enough, now my teenagers want one!! Puppy approved!!

This has not been what I was hoping for after spending all this money! I have the pillow top firm and it is lumpy in the middle and sinks where you sleep and only had this one month! I believe this is the worst I have ever slept on and hopefully can get something else! Sales lady talked me into a firm which I normally hate!

This is a replacement mattress, and it has the same problem as the previous one. it sinks where we lie. I weigh 175 and my wife 142 so that should not be an issue. We have requested another replacement but the requirements from Ashley furniture exceed our physical abilities ages 84 and 80) such as photographing the label and 360-degree photos of the matress. We had a Sterns and Foster double pillow top for years with no problem This matrass is substandard and not as good as a $500 matress that it replaced. So sorry we did it, we are just stuck with it since we have no clear path to fix the problem.

have owned a few S&F but this one hasn't lasted very long as far as sagging in the middle. I have to get a new mattress quickly as my back is hurting. If I sleep at a nice Hotel, I feel great and have no back pain. Sorry S&F, I paid allot or this mattress and expected it to last longer. the tag states Dina Pammill was the Master Craftsman made in Indiana and also has Eileen Leigh name on it along with the number 5691. This is our 1st Stearns and Foster mattress. We are extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of the mattress. We previously had a "hybrid" mattress and wanted something a bit more sturdy and a bit more firm - we found that with the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Tight-Top Medium. As senior citizens, we wanted something that is firm, but not too firm - this mattress fits the bill! Although a bit pricey, we are hoping the mattress will give us several years of restful sleep.

The mattress is thick, purple, and has a logo design on the top. It fits well on my existing queen sized platform bed and no box spring or foundation was required. I like that the mattress is a mix of both soft and firm. I have been sleeping on it for a week, and the mattress feels supportive and comfortable. I use a queen size sheet set and mattress protector with this mattress. Even though the mattress is thick, no special sized sheets are required.
