We were very nervous about this purchase because of the price but it exceeded our expectations! Very good packaging and all pieces in good condition. Instructions were easy to follow. It took us 3 days to build with 2 people (could possibly be done in 2 days without kids present 😂) Only con for us was some of the pieces were not numbered and a few were incorrectly numbered. Thankfully we were about to put 2 and 2 together and figure that out. Our kids are completely in love. So happy to have it for Christmas.

NEVER AGAIN! delivery driver left it up half on my driveway and half in the road. a dangerous road. when i called customer suport and they reached out to dispatch and assured me it wouod be delivered down my driveway in a safe spot. i even asked him and he said no curbside only. in what world does a 662 lb item get delivered curbside. outright lied to my face, kept working didnt bother trying to move it. got in his truck and left. the swingset may be a great price point but not when you pay 500 in shipping and it doesnt even get delivered properly.

I purchased this playset for the kids to play in the backyard. It takes time to assemble, but the instructions were great and when it's done, it's awesome! The kids love it. I highly recommend it.

We ordered this for our grandchildren for Christmas. It was delivered in numerous boxes in a timely manner. It came with several instruction booklets on how to put it together. It was not a quick project, but the instructions were fairly clear and the hardware was labeled with part numbers. I was a bit disappointed in the lumber not being treated or coated but I can do that myself. Overall the kids LOVE it and will enjoy it for years to come.

The age range of 3-10 is definitely incorrect. Had a much cheaper Kidkraft playground at our last house but was hoping since this was more expensive it would be bigger. I have a 3 and 5 year old so it will work for a couple years.. but my 7 and 9 year old niece are way too big for it. Wish the description was more accurate as we were hoping for something our kids could use for many years.

I’d like to start off by saying that my daughter absolutely loves this play set. Throughout the whole building process, it was very exciting for her. The quality is amazing. It’s common to see that things that come in so many pieces that all the pieces are there, everything was there. If you have a sense of building knowledge, it is not difficult to build. Definitely takes time not a two or three day build. But truly an amazing product. I will say that the instructions need some editing as they create unnecessary confusion. But not something that can’t be figured out. I recommend that the instructions be modified as not everyone Is Handy Man savvy. Having said that I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I think the play set all together is great! Quality parts and seems to be very sturdy. Only things I wasn’t happy with was having 4 different screw heads. Having to switch bits constantly between steps was aggravating. And the shipping was awful. Had a semi truck with no lift or ramp delivering 600lbs of wood. Luckily was able to back my truck up and unload from trailer into my truck bed then from my truck bed to the ground. If you have it shipped be ready to do some Heavy lifting. But after putting it together my kid loves it so it is a great product!

Fantastic experience. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything was packaged nicely. Every piece is numbered. Every piece was cut as specified. Because KidKraft made this installation so user friendly, I was able to put this together with very little help from anyone else. Highly recommended.
