We are sleeping so much better and waking with no back problems. This new mattress has made such a difference. We had a pillow top mattress befor and it had developed pockets where your body lays. Our new mattress is medium and perfect so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how to describe the level of comfort that we feel. It's a completely different level from ANY bed I've ever slept on. Comfort and quality beyond our wildest dreams.

We bought the medium tight top style. It definitely felt more like a soft than medium. We are exchanging for ultra firm (they do not make just a firm), or euro-top firm.

My experience is that if I don't climb all the way to the center, I fall in one of those dimples in the mattress. I wish the delivery person would have taken my box spring.
