Both my husband & i now exclusively use secret clinical in the complete clean scent & its solved all of our problems overnight that we were struggling with in the summer MO swamp & heat. it also has not triggered my migraines, or his sensitive asthma. I haven’t gone 72hrs using the deodorant however is surely does last 24hrs. It’s not abrasive to the skin, it’s very smooth. I absolutely love this product.
