They recommend using it at night, but I've used it in the morning too - regardless, my sweat is at a minimum and I stay smelling fresh all day. This also will last for SO LONG. The smell despite being “clean” is a little odd, but beyond that this is quite effective

I workout about five times a week so I need a deodorant that will withstand some sweaty situations. It keeps me feeling dry and smelling fresh without being overpowering. The clean scent is a great neutral one for men or women. In my experience each tube lasts about two months of regular use. Well worth the purchase!
