With secret clinical strength I am only having to apply once maybe twice a day. I apply it before I go to bed and when I wake up I'm still smelling clean. If I'm having a really hard day at work I will have to reapply but other than that it lasts. It goes on clear & smooth & the smell is great. Definitely would recommend. This is one I don't find my skin to be irritated too and goes on smooth. The only downside is that it say invisible but I find that it will appear onto black clothing.
