It's hard to remember to put it on at night though since I've always put anti perspirant on in the morning. Was a little concerned about the warning about asking a doctor before using if you have kidney disease.

I don't even feel myself sweating with this product it's like it has something that works with your body so its like a protective thing from sweat! I was dry all day and I do alot of physical labor along with being a mom of a sn child so I definitely needed this in my regimen and now it's part of my life forever!
